About Awra

Personal health intelligence, built in Prague.

Awra is a personal health intelligence app that reads your logged data — nutrition, sleep, hydration, activity, and habits — and explains what it means in plain language. Not a coach. Not a plan. An interpreter.

Most people who track their health already have the numbers. What they don't have is a clear way to understand what those numbers mean together. Awra does that: it looks across all your dimensions at once and produces a daily narrative that explains what it observes — patterns, imbalances, and cross-dimensional connections that individual apps can't surface.

Why we built it

The problem isn't lack of data. It's lack of interpretation. Wearables and tracking apps produce enormous amounts of health data but very little understanding. Awra exists to close that gap — to give people who already track the thing they've been missing: a plain-language explanation of what their data is telling them.

Awra is built on a simple principle: your health data should work for you, not the other way around. That means no coaching, no prescriptions, no gamification. Just an honest read of what your logged data shows, written clearly every morning.

How it works

Your health data stays on your phone — not on our servers. Each morning, a short, anonymised window of your recent data is sent to Awra's AI to write your daily narrative. That snapshot is not stored after processing. No health history is kept on our servers.

The six dimensions Awra tracks — nutrition, sleep, hydration, activity, habits, and trends — are each logged separately, then interpreted together. Cross-dimensional insight is the core: understanding how your sleep affected your energy, how your nutrition correlated with your activity, how your habits connect to your health score over time.

Who builds it

Awra is built by Roman Leinwather, an independent developer based in Prague, Czech Republic. Roman is registered as an OSVČ (sole trader) under Czech law.
